HEALTH CARE LAW

        Moulton Bellingham has a long history of representing medical providers in Montana. We currently represent the Sisters of Charity of Leaveenworth Healthcare system in Montana, including Saint Vincent Healthcare in Billings (a tertiary care center and the largest hospital in Montana), St. James Healthcare in Butte, and Holy Rosary Healthcare in Miles City. The firm also represents a number of smaller provider groups, including a number of individual physicians. The attorneys in the firm engaged in health law practice keep current on developing law and are recognized as leaders in the field in Montana.
