TAXATION

        Moulton Bellingham currently has four attorneys with Master's Degrees in taxation, John Jones, Duncan Peete, Jeff Sorenson and Katie Bell.  They therefore have a heavy concentration in tax, commercial transactions, and estate planning.

       Tax considerations are today included in almost every phase of the firm's practice.  John, Duncan , Jeff and Katie are therefore able to advise on the tax ramifications in resolving a large variety of legal circumstances, including state and federal gift and estate tax planning, corporate and partnership taxation, complex property transactions, as well as individual planning.

        The firm also has substantial experience in state and federal tax litigation, both on a private and a corporate basis, from the administrative level, through the court procedures.
