O. Ryan, Jr.
Bill was born in Billings on December 3, 1973 and graduated from Billings West High School in 1992. He attended Stanford University, Palo Alto, California, and graduated in 1996 with a B.A. in philosophy.
Following his degree at Stanford, Bille first pursued graduate studies in French at the University of Montana before returning to California for law school. Bill earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, San Francisco, with a focus on tax law.
Bill's hobbies include golf, tennis and skiing. Bill's current practice includes the areas of taxation and commercial transactions.
