Gerry
Fagan Gerry Fagan was born in Butte, Montana, on December 29, 1959 and was raised in Billings. He received a B.A. degree in Business Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Montana State University. He received his J.D. degree, with Honors, from the University of Montana in May, 1998. He was a staff member of the Montana Law Review in 1996-1997, and an Articles Editor in 1997-1998. Gerry received several additional awards during law school including the Corpus Juris Secundum award for Contracts and the CALI award for Pretrial Advocacy.
Gerry is a member of the Board of Directors for the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Club, a member of the State Bar of Montana's Resolution Committee, and a board member for the Yellostone Area Bar Association.
Gerry became a shareholder in the firm in 2006. His primary practice areas include civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on products liability and civil rights claims. Gerry has also gained expertise in the legal and technology issues arising from the discovery of electronic information, including emails, in civil actions.
Gerry is married to Sherry, a Miles City native and a former local attorney and accountant. Sherry recently chose to become a full time mom, and they are are enjoying raising their three young children, Sam, Jake, and Amanda. In the few spare minutes he has, Gerry enjoys golfing, reading nonfiction, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
