MICHELE JENSEN NEWEST SHAREHOLDER AT
MOULTON
The shareholders of Moulton
recently approved offering sharesholder status to Michele Jensen, an
associate with the firm since 2001. Previous to that, Michele had
worked a summer as an intern with the firm while attending law school
at Notre Dame.
A native of Michigan, Michele
moved to Montana at an early age and attended the University of Montana,
graduating in 1998 with a major in English literature and an excellent
academic record. She went on to excel in law school, graduating
magna cum laude with her J.D. degree from Notre Dame in 2001.
The firm is proud to have Michele
as a member and, now, as a shareholder. Michele's practice is in
the areas of defense litigation and health law. Her time outside
the firm is spent raising her two sons, Reese and Levi.
FIVE MOULTON LAWYERS
OFFICIALLY "SUPER"
In
its first-time publication in Montana, Super Lawyers ©, a relatively
new attorney rating service, included five shareholders from the Moulton
firm as "Super Lawyers."
Jerry Murphy is listed
as a Super Lawyer in the category of Business Litigation. William
("Andy") Forsythe is listed under "Defense Litigation." Doug
James is included in the category of Bankruptcy, and John Jones under
"Real Estate. Brent Cromley is listed in the category General
Litigation.
Super Lawyers © first
published their list of Super Lawyers in about a dozen states in 2006. In
2007 they included approximately forty states and hope to rate lawyers
in every state in 2008. Their objective is to create a credible,
comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be
used as a resource to assist attorneys and sophisticated consumers in
the search for legal counsel. Selection is based upon both an investigation
and a peer review process.
While the Moulton firm is proud
of this honor, we believe that the best process for selection of an attorney
to represent you is to make inquiry of those persons you trust, and seek
recommendations. |

GREG MURPHY HONORED BY NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BAR EXAMINERS
Shareholder Greg Murphy has
undoubtely more experience than any attorney in Montana when it comes to
bar examinations. And it is not because he has taken many.
The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE)
recently honored Greg at its meeting in Asheville, North Carolina by presenting
him with its award for "Exemplary Service." It is hard to imagine
a more deserving person. For many years Greg chaired the Montana Board
of Bar Examiners and the Multistate Bar Examination Committee. He also has been
active with the NCBE, serving on its board for many years and being a Past Chairman
of the Conference.
Hardly a "swan song" for Greg,
he has been asked to chair a special committee of the NCBE studying a Uniform
Bar Examination. Greg also recently concluded a term as Chairman
of the American Bar Association Law School Accreditation Committee.
Greg's activities are an example
of the type of service to the community, the State, and the Bar, that all
of the lawyers at the Moulton firm strive to accomplish.
