Andy Forsythe Recognized with the Construction Law Career Achievement Award

Moulton Belllingham shareholder W.A. ("Andy") Forsythe recently received the Construction Law Career Achievement Award from the State Bar of Montana Section of Construction Law. To be recognized by his peers in this complex area of law is a high honor.
Andy has been representing a number of Montana contractors for many years and is widely recognized for his expertise in construction law. He has often spoken at regional gatherings of attorneys and construction management.
Andy began his legal career in 1979 in Butte, Montana, where he practiced two and a half years before returning to his hometown of Billings. Besides construction law, Andy has been honored for his work in business litigation, having been recognized in that area in the publication Best Lawyers in America, as well as receiving numerous other awards for his business litigation work.
