Moulton Bellingham's bankruptcy practice focuses upon the representation of creditors. Our bankruptcy lawyers enjoy decades of experience in managing bankruptcy restructurings under Chapters 11, 12, and 13, and in liquidations under Chapter 7. We have experience in reorganizations outside of bankruptcy, in commercial lending and loan restructurings, and in enforcing creditors’ rights. We advise, represent, and assist clients in anticipating lending, regulatory, and creditor issues, and we work with clients to find creative solutions to handling creditor - debtor issues.
Three of our lawyers during their careers served as the appointed Chapter 7 Trustee for bankruptcies in Eastern Montana, and they have successfully represented banks, insurance companies and other institutional lenders. They are well-acquainted with lending institution practices from the inceptions of loans, to the handling of defaults, to collections of debts.
